Timur has 25 years of experience in the clinical research industry. He has advanced through the ranks of a global contract research organization, starting as a software developer and architect, and eventually becoming the head of the Clinical Data Management department and the global IT director.
Timur holds an educational background in information security and has completed postgraduate studies in information processing and data analysis. In addition to his technical education, he has obtained higher education degrees in management, as well as finance and accounting.
As the executive director at Data Management 365, Timur is responsible for the strategic management of the company. This includes developing and implementing long-term strategies, managing key resources, coordinating the work of managers, and interacting with the board of directors. He is also responsible for shaping the corporate culture, defining major development and innovation directions.

Director of Software Development
Pavel heads the Software Development Department at Data Management 365. With over 10 years of experience in the clinical research industry, Pavel has progressed from a developer to the Director of Software Development.
Pavel’s extensive experience and knowledge enable him to manage the development of clinical trial software at the highest level. Prior to joining Data Management 365, Pavel worked for 5 years at Flex Databases, where he led the clinical software development cycle as a lead developer and software development manager.
Pavel is responsible for strategic planning, development, testing, and software release. This includes managing a team of developers, test engineers, and other IT specialists. Pavel defines the technical strategy, development standards, and processes, and ensures the integration of new technologies and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and innovation of products. An important part of his role involves collaborating with other departments to identify product requirements, as well as engaging with clients and users to gather feedback and improve user experience.
Director of Quality Assurance and Corporate Development
Since 2008, Anna has been involved in clinical research. She spent 7 years working at a global CRO as an IVRS/IWRS Support Manager and International Team Leader, and also served as a business analyst for large corporate electronic systems and services.
At Data Management 365, Anna is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system, ensuring that our platform or services meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. Anna works on continuous quality improvement through data analysis, audits, staff training, and the implementation of best practices and innovative technologies. She is also responsible for quality risk management, resolving quality issues in cooperation with other departments, and maintaining interactions with suppliers and clients regarding quality matters.
Director of Operations
With over 25 years of rich technical experience accumulated in various positions (software engineer, business analyst, IT department head) combined with her experience in implementing a number of clinical data management systems, Maria is one of the key members of our team.
Maria has been successfully working in the clinical trials industry for over 15 years. She started as a business analyst at a global CRO, where she helped develop business processes, and then at Flex Databases, where she worked on nearly 100 projects as part of the project team and led the client support and analytics department.
At Data Management 365, Maria is responsible for day-to-day operational management and the efficiency of business processes. Her role is to ensure the smooth functioning of all aspects of operational activities, as well as the development and implementation of operational strategies to optimize resources and enhance productivity.
Senior Tester
Since 2015, Evgeny has been responsible for testing at Data Management 365. He started his journey at the company as a Tester and progressed to manage the testing department as Senior Tester.
Evgeny is a strong advocate for the use of current, innovative tools and methodologies in the software development and testing process.
Data Management 365 is a professional and cohesive team of experienced clinical data management specialists with a large number of successfully conducted studies. This team ensures immediate feedback with the development team to create the best possible scenarios for platform functionality development.
The average experience of team members in data management is 7-8 years, and during their careers, each team member has participated in data processing for clinical trials of various phases and therapeutic areas. We have two CDISC SCDM specialists on board. All lead specialists have extensive experience with multiple submissions to the FDA and EMA.
We have assembled a unique team of professionals. All our developers have at least 8 years of commercial development experience and no less than 5 years of experience in developing software for clinical trials. The combined experience of our software development team in the clinical research field exceeds 100 years.
