Pavel heads the Software Development Department at Data Management 365. With over 10 years of experience in the clinical research industry, Pavel has progressed from a developer to the Director of Software Development.

Pavel’s extensive experience and knowledge enable him to manage the development of clinical trial software at the highest level. Prior to joining Data Management 365, Pavel worked for 5 years at Flex Databases, where he led the clinical software development cycle as a lead developer and software development manager.

Pavel is responsible for strategic planning, development, testing, and software release. This includes managing a team of developers, test engineers, and other IT specialists. Pavel defines the technical strategy, development standards, and processes, and ensures the integration of new technologies and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and innovation of products. An important part of his role involves collaborating with other departments to identify product requirements, as well as engaging with clients and users to gather feedback and improve user experience.
